According to a circular issued by the Supreme People’s Procuratorate of P.R.C titled “Notice on the 2024 National Outstanding Achievements in Procuratorial Theory and Outstanding Research Groups”, the results of the 2024 annual selection for outstanding achievements in basic procuratorial theory were officially released on 15 May. Professor Xie Zhiyong, Dean of the College, was awarded the First Prize for Outstanding Work for his paper the Supervisory Scope and System Construction of Administrative Procuratorial Work.

This year, the Supreme People’s Procuratorate recognised 67 outstanding research papers in procuratorial theory nationwide, including 3 first-prize works, 24 second-prize works, and 40 third-prize works. Additionally, 7 institutions were commended as Outstanding Research Groups for their effective organisation and notable achievements in theoretical research.
